Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services
TEAM IT provides professional services including IT consulting, software development (web & mobile), and managed hosting (“Services”). The specific scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing (quote/SOW) before work begins.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed via the “Order Now” or quote form. Payment is made by invoice or payment link. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. An upfront deposit may be required.
3. Delivery & Acceptance
Delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, and revision windows are defined in each Statement of Work (SOW). See the “Delivery” page for standard timelines.
4. Refunds
All payments made to TEAM IT are final and non-refundable once services have begun. This applies to both time-and-materials and fixed-price engagements. Deposits or upfront payments are strictly non-refundable. Any third-party fees already incurred (hosting, licenses, domains, payment gateways, etc.) are not refundable.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
For digital and custom IT services, by requesting that TEAM IT start work immediately, you expressly agree that the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law does not apply once performance has begun.
6. Client Obligations
You agree to provide timely access, content, and decisions. Delays may shift timelines. You warrant you have the rights to any materials provided.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a license to use deliverables upon full payment. Background IP, libraries, and reusable components remain TEAM IT’s property.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both parties will keep confidential information private. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Notice.
9. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect damages are excluded; total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of France. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
